Merchandise / Gear

  • All merchandise purchases are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to inventory availability.

Trips

  • Refunds for trips are governed by the trip policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.

  • We strongly encourage purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Events / Tickets

  • Tickets to events are non-refundable, except in the case that Sisterhood Social cancels the event.

  • If an event is canceled, refunds will be issued according to the event cancellation policy.
